Go Getter Greens Smoothie

When life get's busy, making a nutrition-packed breakfast can often slip from our minds. But whipping up a delicious potassium, zinc, iron, electrolytes, and healthy fats-filled smoothie takes less than 5 minutes and just 6 ingredients!

 I N G R E D I E N T S 

  • 1/2 Ripe Banana
  • 1/4 an avocado
  • 1 heaping handful of washed organic spinach
  • 1/4 of a Meyer lemon (including zest and skin)
  • 12 oz of filtered water
  • 4 oz of coconut water 
  • 1 scoop of greens powder of choice...my favorite is Amazing Grass Green Superfood

  • ***OPTIONAL: 4 oz of plant milk of choice

☽ E Q U I P M E N T

  • Vitamix or Nutribullet

☽ I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Combine banana, avocado, spinach, and lemon into blender (i recommend turning your lemons into lemon ice cubes just to provide better consistency)
  2. pour in your water, coconut water, and plant milk in
  3. pour in 1 scoop of your greens powder
  4. blend on high for 30s
  5. Enjoy!
