
Go Getter Greens Smoothie
When life get's busy, making a nutrition-packed breakfast can often slip from our minds. But whipping up a delicious potassium, zinc, iron, electrolytes, and healthy fats-filled smoothie takes less than 5 minutes and just 6 ingredients!
☽ I N G R E D I E N T S
- 1/2 Ripe Banana
- 1/4 an avocado
- 1 heaping handful of washed organic spinach
- 1/4 of a Meyer lemon (including zest and skin)
- 12 oz of filtered water
- 4 oz of coconut water
- 1 scoop of greens powder of choice...my favorite is Amazing Grass Green Superfood

- ***OPTIONAL: 4 oz of plant milk of choice
☽ E Q U I P M E N T
- Vitamix or Nutribullet
☽ I N S T R U C T I O N S
- Combine banana, avocado, spinach, and lemon into blender (i recommend turning your lemons into lemon ice cubes just to provide better consistency)
- pour in your water, coconut water, and plant milk in
- pour in 1 scoop of your greens powder
- blend on high for 30s
- Enjoy!
